1. Scope of Services
HMB Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon in the service order, proposal, or contract.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.
- Secure or remove pets and valuables prior to cleaning.
- Notify HMB Cleaning Services LLC of any fragile or delicate items that require special care.
3. Payments & Fees
- Payments are due on or before the date of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: [List methods—cash, debit/credit, Zelle, ACH, etc.]
- Deposits may be required for recurring services or first-time cleanings.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- At least [24/48 hours] notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

- If our staff cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the service will be considered canceled, and fees may apply.
5. Liability & Damages

- HMB Cleaning Services LLC is insured and bonded; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile.
6. Health & Safety
- Clients must inform us of any hazardous conditions at the property.
- HMB Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary environments.
- Unless agreed otherwise, we provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate ongoing services with [7/14 days] written notice. Any prepaid but unused services will be refunded, less applicable fees.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the States of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
